Iram is an ENL licensed consultant with 10+ years of classroom experience, and she can help you design a customized plan to best serve your English Language Learner population and meet IDOE compliance.
Bio
Iram Arredondo-Calderon is an educator who has taken a bold step into the field of educational consulting. She was motivated to pursue a career in consulting to help students and schools meet their educational goals. She has seen the need for caring, qualified, and knowledgeable English Language Learner (ELL/ESL) educators, and is passionate about serving English Learners (ELLs).
This will be her 12th year as an educator working in the school system, wearing multiple hats. She earned her ENL certification from the University of Purdue, where she was inspired to pursue a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on English Language Learning.
She is passionate about helping people thrive, especially English Learners. Her goal is to help schools develop an effective, customized English Language (EL) program that will also meet IDOE compliance and fill any need a school or district may have with regards to their English Learners.
